  1. WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you contact us via any of our contact forms, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email address and phone number.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

4.1 WooCommerce

Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

4.2 E-commerce payments

We use Stripe to process online payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by Stripe. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Stripe to enter your payment details.

Stripe retains your Personal Data as long as they are providing the Services to you. They also retain Personal Data after they cease providing Services directly or indirectly to you, even if you close your Stripe account or complete a transaction with a Stripe User, to the extent necessary to comply with their legal and regulatory obligations, and for the purpose of fraud monitoring, detection and prevention. Stripe also retains Personal Data to comply with their tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations, where they are required to retain the data by their contractual commitments to their financial partners, and where data retention is mandated by the payment methods that they support. Where Stripe retains data, they do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law.

However, our payment processor, Stripe, may do so in their system but this is fully PCI compliant and secure
