Organic Kiwifruit Vinegar makes a delicious daily health tonic—simply mix 2 teaspoons with warm water.
Its uses extend beyond the glass. Add it to salad dressings (with a quality oil and a pinch of salt and pepper) or marinades—any vinegar helps tenderize meat, but Organic Kiwifruit Vinegar adds a burst of natural, fruity flavor. It’s even perfect for baking: 1 teaspoon in pavlova helps the egg whites hold their shape for light, airy results.

This is so nice as a change from apple cider vinegar, although I love Goulter’s apple vinegar. The kiwifruit vinegar is maybe a bit more subtle but it feels packed full of valuable enzymes and tastes really nice. Excellent customer service from this small company.

Very thankful to be able to buy Kiwifruit cider vinegar! Apple cider vinegar is too harsh for me. Kiwifruit cider has been perfect to drizzle over any food, just to give it a little kick. Helps with my ibs digestive issues and doesn’t give me reflux like apple cider vinegar does. It feels like the potassium content in Kiwifruit cider gives me the same serotonin boost like bananas do.. seems to help me sleep better also. It’s great stuff!
