I’ve lived in New Zealand, Australia and Scotland and have bought variants of Apple Cider Vinegar in all three countries. In addition I have a fructose intolerance – even lemon juice is very upsetting to my entire system. So being able to use Apple Cider Vinegar is important from a health aspect, for encouraging better digestion, as an encouragement to the microorganisms in my body and on my skin. Not to mention the culinary uses! I can categorically say that Goulter’s Raw unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar is superior to any I have tasted or used in the three countries we have lived in. The flavour is so fruity and yet does not disturb my system, in fact enhances my digestion. Also the vinegar has a superior strength for use in any application. So in some dishes, I can use less than with other brands. I bought a 20 litre container and yes, it comes with a tap! I use the Apple Cider Vinegar in SO many ways.
