I suffered from extreme pain with my Osteoarthritis and Gout for years. So much so that I had to give up my lawn bowls. The doctors wanted to operate on my knee however I decided I would own my condition so I made up a special concoction which included turmeric, coconut oil, and seaweed, I found it to be 80% effective for my osteoarthritis and my gout has completely disappeared. A couple of months ago I was recommended Goulter’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. I started taking 3-4 teaspoons of this twice daily in a glass of warm water. This vinegar has made such a difference to me because it has boosted my well being so that I am now 100% better. Even I can’t believe it! I am now back at lawn bowls and my friends can’t believe the difference. I found it took about 3 days before I started feeling the difference. I have also learnt you HAVE to take it religiously.
