Dear folks, I was recently given a bottle of Goulter’s Apple Cider Vinegar, which I had not encountered before. I have used a number of other different brands over the years but this was by far the nicest I have discovered.

I would also like to pass an observation of a possible beneficial effect. I have a benign enlarged prostate, which as you probably know means I often make trips to the toilet during the night. I take medication for this, but it’s not always very effective. Now, I have noticed in the past that if I take a glass of cider vinegar and honey after dinner, sometimes the number of trips reduces. It may be coincidence, but I wonder whether something akin to the grapefruit effect is happening. (There are many medications for which grapefruit is prohibited, as it has a multiplier effect on the medication, in some cases to a dangerous level. Any pharmacist will verify this.)

Anyway, I have noticed that in the last two weeks of using your ACV, the number of night trips has on average diminished, which is very appreciated. I cannot say definitively that your product is the cause, but it does seem to me to be beyond just coincidence.

One bright spot in our day is Goulter’s Organic ACV vinegar. Floral, delicate and yet sharp – enhances everything. Our latest use is what I call a “Health Drink” (acceptable to hubby). I am a 53 year old woman who was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome in my early 20’s. I suffered from extreme pain with my Osteoarthritis and Gout for years. So much so that I had to give up my lawn bowls. The doctors wanted to operate on my knee however I decided I would own my condition so I made up a special concoction which included turmeric, coconut oil, and seaweed, I found it to be 80% effective for my osteoarthritis and my gout has completely disappeared. A couple of months ago I was recommended Goulter’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. I started taking 3-4 teaspoons of this twice daily in a glass of warm water. This vinegar has made such a difference to me because it has boosted my well being so that I am now 100% better. Even I can’t believe it! I am now back at lawn bowls and my friends can’t believe the difference. I found it took about 3 days before I started feeling the difference. I have also learnt you HAVE to take it religiously. I’ve lived in New Zealand, Australia and Scotland and have bought variants of Apple Cider Vinegar in all three countries. In addition I have a fructose intolerance – even lemon juice is very upsetting to my entire system. So being able to use Apple Cider Vinegar is important from a health aspect, for encouraging better digestion, as an encouragement to the microorganisms in my body and on my skin. Not to mention the culinary uses! I can categorically say that Goulter’s Raw unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar is superior to any I have tasted or used in the three countries we have lived in. The flavour is so fruity and yet does not disturb my system, in fact enhances my digestion. Also the vinegar has a superior strength for use in any application.
